A shared starting point for students and teachers
Explore how student and teacher concerns shift across themes. This interactive scene keeps the same behaviors as the standalone visual.
Generative AI has become part of academic life — over 90% of students now use AI tools, yet consistent norms and a shared language remain rare across programmes. This course builds that foundation: connecting what AI is, how to use it thoughtfully, how to evaluate its outputs, and how to act with integrity. Designed for both students and teachers, it culminates in two authentic artefacts — a course-ready AI rationale for teachers and an assignment-ready disclosure for students.
These principles shape every decision in the course — from module sequence to artefact design. Hover each numbered node to see the principle and its rationale.
Each of the six principles maps directly to a course element and a recommended activity — making it clear not just what to teach, but how to act on it.
Each design principle underpins a specific element of the course. Principles 1–3 form the Skills & Literacy zone and ground the three active learning modules. Principles 4–6 form the Integrity & Responsibility zone and anchor the policy and reflective elements of the course.
Follow the journey from Understand through Use, Evaluate, and Reflect. Hover each module node to see what you will be able to do after completing it. Hover the planetary badges above to see how the rocket navigates between them.
